Scope of Services

Garden Maintenance: Regular upkeep including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
Landscape Design: Custom garden design and layout planning.
Irrigation Services: Installation and maintenance of watering systems.
Seasonal Services: Planting and harvesting according to the season.

Any additional services outside this scope will require a separate agreement and may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

Payments for our services are structured as follows:

Deposit: A deposit is required before commencing work, typically 50% of the total estimated cost.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services provided.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and direct debits. All payments must be made in full by the specified due dates to avoid service interruptions.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no penalty. Refunds for services not rendered due to cancellation will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Rescheduling Services

We understand that schedules can change. Rescheduling a service is possible provided sufficient notice is given. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

Gardeners Staines is committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we are not liable for unforeseen issues such as extreme weather conditions, pests, or plant diseases that may affect your garden despite our best efforts.

Client Responsibilities: Ensure that the garden area is accessible and free from hazards that may impede our work.
Liability Limitations: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials we produce are the intellectual property of Gardeners Staines. These cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit consent.

Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Data Protection
